M7 Real Estate has acquired two fully-leased logistics properties, situated in Rodgau near Frankfurt and in Köln-Heumar. The properties were acquired for its European Real Estate Investment Partners (EREIP) III Investment Fund. The seller of the properties, acquired for a total of €11.3m, is Berlinovo. The property in Rodgau, which offers approximately 24,366 sqm of storage and 274 sqm of office space, is currently leased to Rewe. The tenant of the 6,542 sqm warehouse in Köln Heumar is the delivery provider TNT. Catella acted as advisor on the acquisition.
