A total of 274 building permits were issued in June on the Macedonian market, up 47.3 percent y-o-y, according to recent data published by the State Statistical Office.
Of the total number of issued permits, 174 (63.5 percent) were for buildings, 30 (10.9 percent) were for civil engineering structures, and 70 (25.6 percent) were for reconstructions. A total of 857 dwellings are planned for construction, totaling 63,032 sqm of floor area.
