Appeninn acquired an office property in Budapest鈥檚 R贸zsadomb district. The cost of the deal was not disclosed, however, according to market sources, the Hungarian investor hopes to see a return on the investment within seven years, after signing a six-year fixed-term lease agreement with P茅nz眉gykutat贸 Alap铆tv谩ny. The financial research foundation leased more than 800 sqm of office space in the building, pushing occupancy to more than 95 percent.
