The company, formerly GVA Worldwide’s partner in Germany for the last 15 years, is the leading independent commercial real estate company specializing in tenant representation and corporate services. Led by Arthur Rubinstein, its clients include Aston Martin, Bloomberg, Continental, DraftFCB, Fujifilm, IHS Global, McCann Worldgroup, Mediabrands amongst others. „We are very excited to represent the Cresa brand in Germany and help to build on its already strong European platform,” said Rubinstein. Cresa aims to open additional international offices before the end of 2016.
