French investor buys $39.2m Miami Green office tower in Coral Gables

Miami Green, a 13-story office tower near Coral Gables has changed hands in a $39.2 million deal. The buyer is Paris-based Teleperformance SE, a customer service, technical support and sales call outsourcing company. Built in 2008 at 3150 Southwest 38th Avenue, the building has 115,849 sqf of rentable space, and 91 percent leased at the time of the sale. The seller, New York-based iStar, obtained the property through foreclosure actions according to Miami-Dade property records. Notable tenants in the building include the Consulate General of Brazil, Morrison Brown Argiz & Farra and Ouelette Group Physicians.
