The distribution giant El CorteIngles is selling 33 properties totaling more than 500,000 sqm, as well as five land parcels across Spain. Morgan Stanley has been tapped to broker the sales. The package includes the El Corte Inglés logistic centers in Bisbal del Penedès and in Madrid as well as the Goro en Telde property in Gran Canaria. The facilities are worth between €200m and €300m and include rental contracts of up to 20 years. Non-binding offers will accepted through the end of September.
