This multi-phase development first began in May 2013 with the ultimate aim of creating a total of 1,700 apartments in thirteen low-rise buildings. The largest flats in this residential project are 131 sqm whilst the smallest studio apartments are between 30 and 31 sqm. Żoliborz is located close to Arkadia shopping centre, schools and preschools as well as being well connected to public transport links with several bus routes that pass the residential area.
Żoliborz Artystyczny is in the running for the prize Best of the Best Residential Development of the Year and the winner of the category will be announced at the first CIJ Euro Awards, which will be held in Prague’s Slovanský Dům on September 22.
