Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development, partners in the Centrum Praskie Koneser project in Warsaw, have secured Moxy brand for the hotel component in the scheme. The franchise agreement was signed with Global Hospitality Licensing for the 141-room project, with 5,447 sqm of space. The five-storey scheme involves the revitalization of an old distillery building. Owned by Marriott International, the Moxy brand is dedicated to younger guests. Having introduced Moxy to the market in 2014, Marriott expects to grow the network to 18 hotels by the end of 2018.
