Eastern Property Holdings has acquired a 94 share in the office and retail complex CityGate, located in Stuttgart, from The Carlyle Group. CityGate is a newly constructed Class A office and retail complex with underground parking. The 17,300 sqm, 11-floor building (including more than 15,000 sqm of office space) is being leased out primarily to German and international corporations. The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of September 2016.
