The remaining 30 parcels break down to 189 net buildable acres and can accommodate up to 2,500,000 sqf of residential and commercial development. The properties are located on Glenmaura National Boulevard and Montage Mountain Road at Exit 182 of I-81 in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre metro of Northeastern Pennsylvania two hours west of New York City and north of Philadelphia.
