Colliers to market development land at Glenmaura Corporate Center in PA

Colliers International has been tapped to represent Hemingway Development Corporation in the sale of the remaining undeveloped sites at Glenmaura Corporate Center in a bulk portfolio offering of approved, improved and LERTA qualified parcels. The remaining 30 parcels break down to 189 net buildable acres and can accommodate up to 2,500,000 sqf of residential and commercial development. The properties are located on Glenmaura National Boulevard and Montage Mountain Road at Exit 182 of I-81 in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre metro of Northeastern Pennsylvania two hours west of New York City and north of Philadelphia.

Glenmaura Corporate Center is a 353-acre premier mixed-use office, retail, entertainment, and residential lifestyle community in northeastern Pennsylvania with two million square feet of completed and occupied office, retail, restaurant and entertainment facilities. Within the center and the adjoining W. W. Scranton Office Park are 64 companies staffed by over 5,700 full-time and 1,450 part-time employees. Tenants include Bank of America, Cigna, and Geisinger Health System.
