100 Las Olas to top Ft Lauderdale’s skyline

4 August 2016

Work has commenced on what is to become Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building. The project, 100 Las Olas, is being developed by the Kolter Group. The mixed-use scheme will consist of a 228 room hotel space along with 120 residential units, 507 parking spaces, and a ground floor restaurant. The structure will top out at 495 feet above ground, 40 feet taller than the under-construction Icon Las Olas, which will take second place at 455 feet. Kolter has stated they were in negotiations for a hotel flag, but no announcement has been made yet.
