Alcampo, the real estate arm of Auchan Holding, has acquired the Ábaco cinema building in Logroño from Sareb, which owned 87 percent of the property. Instituto Valenciano de Finanzas owns the remaining 13 percent. The cost of the deal was not disclosed, however the estimated value of the investment is €3.8m, according to market sources. Ácbaco offers 9,373 sqm of surface area and features 14 cinema screens as well as eight retail units.
