Caves Valley Partners, a Baltimore area real estate development company, has promoted Brandon Freel to the position of principal. Most recently, Freel was the director of development at the company. As principal, he will continue to lead development projects, while also taking part in the firm’s strategy and planning efforts as part of the senior leadership team. Freel was responsible for real estate acquisitions and development at Stewart Properties prior to joining CVP and also worked at First Industrial Realty Trust, and A&R Development. Freel earned a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Virginia Military Institute and his MBA and Master of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
