Prologis acquired 70,000 sqm of land in Valencia, where it plans to develop two logistics facilities, totaling more than 23,000 sqm of space. The new buildings will provide a storage height of up to 11 meters, offering up to 20 percent more storage space than standard logistics buildings. Construction is set to start in the third quarter. Inmolking Real Estate advised on the transaction. The leasing of the buildings will be carried out by Inmoking Real Estate and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
