From April 2016, Casa Noastra Company has started construction works for their new administrative office building, located in Pielesti, near Craiova, Dolj County. The project has a total build surface area of 4,200 sq. m with a height regime of six levels (Ground floor + Mezzanine+ 4 levels).
For this project Casa Noastra contracted Vitalis Consulting, in order to provide Project Management, Cost Management, Site inspection services, Health and Safety Services as well as Design Coordination .
Casa Noastra and Vitalis Consulting are not on the first collaboration. In 2014 they have started the construction works for Bujorului Residence Project, comprised of seven 6-Storey buildings, totalizing 234 units (approx. 32,000 sq. m). Within this project Vitalis Consulting also provided Project and Cost Management, Health and Safety Services, Site Inspector Services and Design Coordination as well.
Casa Noastra Company owns a registered trademark, QFORT that represents one of the most modern production capacities in Europe for windows, doors and insulating glass. The quality is appreciated by customers from Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Switzerland.
After the completion of the construction works in Q2—Q3 of 2017, Casa Noastra will have an administrative office building with modern facilities and infrastructure that will rise to the quality standards of QFORT production brand.
