The first phase of the building project, headed by real estate developer HB Reavis, is located in Bratislava. The development consists of three buildings and has a total GLA of 16,629 sqm and offers office, retail and service space to its clients. It was unveiled in 2015 and has an abundance of green areas including benches and a number of underground bicycle parking spaces.
Twin City A is in the running for the prize Best of the Best Office Development of the Year and the winner of the category will be announced at the first CIJ Euro Awards, which will be held in Prague’s Slovanský Dům on the 22nd Sept. As a treat the winner of the category will be placed onto the newly created Hall of Fame for others to aspire to in the future. We wish HB Reavis the very best of luck!
