Berlin Hyp is providing Ado Properties €150m in financing for a term of 6.5 years. The Berlin residential real estate portfolio comprises 77 properties, primarily in central locations with excellent infrastructure. The 3,261 residential units offer 175,000 sqm of rental space. Rabin Savion, CEO of ADO Properties, said: “This financing once again underscores the strong cooperation based on trust between Berlin Hyp und ADO Properties.”
