Two new tenants have signed leases at Bonarka for Business (B4B) in Kraków, deals that mean the project now has no vacancy. Gerda Broker took 302 sqm of space building E, while Skelia Poland signed a 511 sqm lease for space on the 4th floor of the building. JLL is leasing B4B’s E, F, and G buildings
“Building E is the fifth of the Class A objects of our B4B project in Krakow, delivered in January 2015. We are extremely happy that only one year after the launch, the office building is operating at 100 percent occupancy and that not only Krakow’s and Poland’s office market is so active, but that the whole Central European market is alive again,” said Tomasz Lisiecki, Chief Investment Officer of TriGranit.
