Troy Ballard has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Multifamily Capital Investments team as Senior Managing Director. Ballard brings nearly two decades of multifamily development, operations, and brokerage experience to the team and will partner with Vice Chairman Robert Given’s multifamily institutional investment sales team. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ballard served as Senior Managing Director in ARA Newmark’s Boca Raton office and was a founding partner and President of TM Real Estate Group. Ballard holds a professional Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.
