The asset is located on a 12.7 acre site at 100 Friars Boulevard at the I-295 (Thorofare – Exit 20). Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, SK Realty Management in the transaction while Exeter was represented in-house by Henry Steinberg. Prior to the sale the facility was operated by a Fortune 20 global pharmaceutical distribution company.
