Colliers International is moving its South Florida headquarters to 801 Brickell in Miami. In addition to doubling the amount of office space it occupies there, it has also opened an office in Boca Raton to expand coverage in Southern Palm Beach County and signed a new lease for its downtown Fort Lauderdale office, doubling the size of its previous location. Colliers is also currently developing specialty practices such as student, senior and affordable housing groups in South Florida.
“The expansion of our South Florida footprint reflects the company’s global growth strategy and has accelerated since Ken Krasnow joined the firm to lead this key market,” said Joe Harbert, President of Colliers International’s Eastern Region. Krasnow, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader of Colliers International South Florida, joined Colliers International in August 2015. “Domestic and international capital is chasing deals in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, regardless of economic cycles. We have positioned our South Florida team to lead the way.”
