21 July 2016

PKO Bank Polski is looking to expand to the Czech market with plans to open its first branch in Prague by next year, according to local news reports. The move is aimed at supporting Polish businesses in the Czech Republic and the Prague branch would mainly target corporate clients. PKO Bank Polski alerted Poland’s financial watchdog, KNF, of its plans in June. The bank made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2004.
