The Jacksonville office of Batson-Cook Construction has won a $20 million tender to construct the Fountain Inn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tavares. Adventist Care Centers of Orlando will be the owners of the the two-story facility that will encompass 120 private patient rooms. Located north of the Florida Hospital Waterman campus, the project is slated for completion in October 2017. Lantz-Boggio Architects of Denver, Colorado are the designers of the new scheme.
