Kemco Systems remains in shed sold to Cabo Properties for $308m

A single-tenant industrial building in Clearwater has been acquired by Cabot Properties in a $3.8 million deal. The 57,000 sqf building is located at 11500 47 Street North, near Interstate 275, having traded for $66 per sqf. The building’s tenant, Kemco Systems, a designer and manufacturer of integrated water and energy systems, has 10 years remaining on its current lease. Camille Renshaw and Chris Guida of Stan Johnson Company represented the previous owner in the sale of the Kemco building to Cabot Properties, an institutional property investor.
