About 500 new apartments for low-income residents are set to hit the Macedonian market in the coming months, according to Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev, who recently visited the Public Enterprise for Management of Residential and Commercial Property in Skopje.
The state-funded social housing program has already delivered 700 apartments. “These kind of apartments have been build in Skopje and Bitola, and many others are going to be built in other places across the country.” said Dimitriev.
