Senior housing specialist Aron Will advances to vice chairman at CBRE Capital Markets

Aron Will, co-leader of CBRE Capital Markets’ National Senior Housing team, has been promoted to vice chairman. Will currently co-heads the National Senior Housing Debt & Structured Finance practice for CBRE Capital Markets, which specializes in the capitalization of independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer’s Care and skilled nursing communities nationwide. Will received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated as a Distinguished BBA Scholar. Will is currently CBRE’s youngest vice chairman to date.
