Jacksonville-based general contractor, Summit Contracting Group, has been awarded a $16.3 million contract to build a luxury senior community in Jacksonville. The project, HarborChase of Mandarin, will be located at 12276 San Jose Blvd. next to the Julington Creek subdivision. The facility will consist of 94 independent and assisted-living apartments and 20 memory care units in a single 129,000 sqf structure. The PQH Group has been chosen as architect for the scheme which is slated for completion by August of 2017.
