Jaime Rauscher has joined Monument Real Estate Services as vice president of operations based in the firms North Carolina office. In her new role, Rauscher will oversee strategic planning and tactical, day-to-day operations of the companies owned and managed portfolio in the Carolinas and Virginia. Monument’s portfolio in the region consists of 20 communities and over 5,000 apartment homes. Prior to joining Monument, she served as regional vice president for CF Lane and previously worked as director of property initiatives, due diligence and acquisition for Cortland Partners, and as director of multifamily management for Drucker and Falk.
