AEW Europe has acquired the Airbus Cabin Equipment Centre (CEC) in Hamburg Finkenwerder, Germany. The property was purchased from Ixocon. The CEC Finkenwerder comprises a total of 16,800 sqm NLA and is in close proximity to the Airbus factory site, in the south-western area of the harbour. The asset is fully leased to Stute Logistics and provides direct access to the Airbus factory with just-in-time delivery to the production line. The property was originally constructed in 2005 and has the potential to be extended by an additional 4,000 sqm.
