Dalibor Surový, head of the office agency and tenant representation department at JLL Slovakia, has been promoted to associate director. He has more than four years of experience on the Slovak real estate market, focusing on leasing, acquisition, disposal and development advisory to both tenants and landlords. Surový is also responsible for the acquisition of new clients, tenant representation services, cash flow and scoring models and quantitative and qualitative analyses. Prior to joining JLL in 2012, he worked as project manager in the state investment agency SARIO. In 2013, he became head of JLL’s Slovak office agency and tenant representation team.
