The Barcelona-based metal-stamping company Sanjo Corte Fino is planning to open offices near the Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia. The company is investing $17.5m into its new offices and equipment. Sanjo Corte Fino plans to build a 24,000 sq ft facility on a 4-acre parcel on Progress Lane, near Interstate 264. The company is set to break ground in August. The building should be operational by the first quarter of 2018. The family-run company will receive more than $1m in performance-based city and state grants.
