Prologis signed its first lease agreement at its Park Budapest-Sziget DC7 with passenger and truck parts dealer Cars Hungária. CBRE advised during the transaction process. Located in the Szigetszentmiklós industrial zone, the 21,000 sqm property is still under construction. When completed, the new tenant will take 4,800 sqm. Currently Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget includes six buildings totalling 128,000 sqm of industrial space.
