GTC acquired two office schemes in Poland, adding 30,000 sqm of leasable space to its portfolio. Located in Gdańsk and Łódź, Neptun Office Center and Sterlinga Business Center are 94 percent and 74 percent occupied respectively, with an average lease period of three and five years. Hogan Lovells, JLL, KPMG and Aecom advised GTC in the transaction, which reportedly took a record time of two months to close.
