Big Score Investors, a private company based in the Dallas suburb of The Colony, Texas, has acquired a mixed use retail and office center in the Jacksonville-area community of Middleburg, Florida. Changing hands for $2.8 million, the 95,096 sqf Doctors Inlet Center building is located at 400-420 College Drive. Built in 2006, the center consists of two 47,548 sqf, two-story buildings and is home to a variety of retail and office tenants, including Anytime Fitness. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Maple Blue Way, an entity related to Garrison Investment Group.
