The French warehouses group ID Logistics bought the Iberian operator Logiters from the private equity firm Corpfin Capital for €85m. The acquisition is in line with the company’s international growth strategy as it aims to consolidate its leadership positions in Europe. Logiters manages 50 logistic warehouses across Spain and Portugal, with a total capacity of more than 750,000 sqm. In 2015, it reported €250m in revenues and closed the year with a workforce of 3,300 employees.
