Prologis is to build a 34,000 sqm BTS facility in its logistic park in Rudná on the western outskirts of Prague for Sportisimo. The Czech sporting goods retailer is expanding the space it leases in the park (23,900 sqm) to 58,100 sqm. The company’s decision to expand in Europe has driven the decision, according to its purchasing and marketing director Martina Kudláčková. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal. Located just off the D5 highway, Prologis Park Prague-Rudná currently comprises 18 buildings totalling 175,000 sqm of modern distribution space.
