The development and property management arm of the Libra Group, Miami based Elandis, has opened its first European office in the Spanish capital of Madrid. The new office will allow Elandis to explore residential, commercial and hospitality sector investment and management opportunities throughout the country. The company specializes in restoring and refurbishing multifamily properties and owning and developing hotel assets for the hospitality industry. Elandis develops, owns and manages real estate assets throughout the Americas and Spain. The company’s portfolio includes approximately 2,500 residential units, 25 hotels and 10 real estate development projects across six countries.
