Panattoni Europe has been awarded a contract to develop a new logistics complex for Dachser in Überherrn, Saarland. The complex will be built on a site of approximately 24,000 sqm and have a usable floor area of 11,130 sqm comprising 10,530 sqm of warehousing and 600 sqm of office space. Construction work will begin in June and completion of the entire facility is scheduled for the end of October this year. “After completing a logistics facility for our long-term tenant Dachser in Öhringen in Baden-Württemberg last year, we are very proud to have been commissioned to build another facility for this company,” says Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner of Panattoni Europe.
