GreenOak Real Estate has acquired the Las Mercedes office complex near Madrid’s Barajas Airport from Standard Life Investments. Clifford Chance acted as legal counsel to GreenOak, while Jones Lang LaSalle and Gleeds acted as advisors. Las Mercedes offers 78,500 sqm in nine office buildings, as well as 1,650 parking spaces and a private communal garden. Tenants include Altran, Applus, the Spanish Medicines Regulatory Agency and Xerox. The complex offers the flexibility to occupy space ranging from single floors to single-occupancy headquarter buildings.
