US startup to open development hub in Lithuania

23 June 2016

US startup Cuju is planning to open a development unit in Lithuania by the end of the year. Cujo offers smart home internet security using cloud computing and machine learning principles. Its Lithuanian team will be based in Kaunas. The company plans to hire 20 people to staff its new office.

“On one hand, Lithuania is a competitive location in terms of costs, which is important for a young company. On the other hand, Lithuanian IT specialists are top class for both development and product support,” said Einaras Gravrockas, founder and director of Cujo. “That’s why companies like Uber, Wix and Revel Systems chose Lithuania and have created their success stories here. We expect to grow and eventually join this respectable team.”
