A-Invest GbR (Careline) has acquired MCB’s headquarters in Dormagen, Germany. The seller of the stand alone building, built on Ottostraße in Dormagen in 1999 and extended partly through the addition of office space in 2008, is MCB Grundstücksverwaltung. Realogis acted as the advisor. The property sits on a 34,500 sqm site with 4,200 sqm of warehouse space and 1,750 sqm of offices. The property carries with it the potential for the construction of another 20,000 sqm of warehousing. Careline plans to use the property as its new headquarters in Germany.
