J&T Real Estate revealed plans to add a further two office buildings – Panorama Business II and Triangel, to the Panorama City complex it has developed near the river in Bratislava. Panorama Business II will go up at the corner of Košicka and Landererova streets and will offer 22,000 sqm of office across 15 floors, with retail on the ground floor. The investor hopes the project will be LEED Gold certified. Triangel will go up on a vacant site next to the new Slovak national theatre and Tower 115. Triangel will offer 10,500 sqm of office across nine floors with retail at the bottom.
