Monika Fontaine-Kretschmer was appointed managing director by the Supervisory Board of Nassauische Heimstätte/Wohnstadt, based in the Hessen region of Germany. Fontaine-Kretschmer is replacing Joachim Pös, who left the company in January. Her responsibilities will include urban development and the implementation of a new construction program, as well as modernization of company’s portfolio. „Monika Fontaine-Kretschmer is an excellent candidate for the position of Managing Director at Nassauische Heimstätte/Wohnstadt, and brings the technical knowledge and the necessary resources for this task,“ said Priska Hinz, Hessian Minister of the Environment.
