Segro plans the construction of a modern industrial project in Mörfelden, Germany. The 28,000 sqm industrial area in Mörfelden was purchased by Segro in April. The building complex, located at the corner of the Hessenring and Kurhessenstrasse, will occupy a total area of 14,500 sqm. The building’s design, which will be a mix of city and industrial park, also includes office space from 250 to 3,500 sqm. Construction of the new facility is set to start this year.
