CIB Group is selling 29 properties in Hungary at an average discount price of HUF 94,000 per sqm. The sales process will be overseen by Otthon Centrum Solutions Kft. The portfolio includes residential properties which are free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and in the possession of the banking group. Eleven of the assets are located in Budapest, while the remaining 18 are situated in five counties in northern Hungary. CIB Group intends to launch similar property sales in the future.
