Skanska launches sale of 64 flats in the last apartment house in residential complex Botanica in Prague 5 – Jinonice. The house recycles drinking water and uses grey water for flushing toilets, saving 3,800 litres of water per day. Skanska also applies sun collectors in the project to heat water and enables the collection and use of rain for watering the gardens. General director of Skanska Reality Naďa Ptáčková says that the project is expected to receive a BREEAM Very Good certificate. The flats ranging between 38 and 103 sqm are on offer at prices starting on CZK 2,472,000 for a one-room, 38 sqm flat. Skanska will also build a park and playground in the project’s final phase.
