Arsenal Park Orastie has opened a new spa and a multipurpose gym following an €2.7m investment. The tourist complex was opened in 2009 by Marius and Emil Cristescu who have spent a total of €20m on the complex in all.
“In 2010 we submitted project documentation for EU funding, which was approved in 2013 and the work could start only in 2014. Construction lasted from 2014 until today and we can now say all of the entertainment objectives have been completed,” said Emil Cristescu at a Tuesday evening press conference.
Arsenal Park includes an aquapark, spa, a multipurpose gym, a playground for children, climbing trees, bike and walking trails, an extreme sports tower and a horseback riding center.
