Hunt Investment Management, an SEC-registered real estate investment advisor, has announced that Tom Duda has joined the firm as Executive Vice President. Duda joins Hunt Investment from One William Street Capital Management (One William), where he served as Managing Director. Prior to One William, Duda worked at Bear Stearns & Co. where he structured and traded real estate and asset backed securities. Duda earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and will be based in Hunt’s New York City Office.
