Panattoni Europe, through its PG Europe subsidiary, is joining forces with Kajima Properties to develop a logistics park in Poland. The companies have applied to Poland’s antitrust regulator to form a JV for the purpose. No further details have been disclosed at this stage. On the Polish market, the UK-based Kajima development company is focusing solely on construction and construction assembly services.
