Vanguard Realty Group has announced that Robert Kravitz has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Leasing. At Vanguard, Kravitz will be responsible for a single-client portfolio of properties leased and managed by the firm. Prior to joining Vanguard, Kravitz worked for Transwestern, where he served as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Bethesda office. Greg Klein, Vanguard’s Managing Director of Commercial Leasing and Brokerage, said that “In addition to being a very tenured and well respected member of the local real estate community, Bob is uniquely suited to spearhead Vanguard’s efforts with this important portfolio of properties. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
